Maybe you have heard of subliminal messaging, perhaps you just want to know how to create your own subliminal, or perhaps you want to know if they work and how they work. Either way, you will find answers to your questions and more here in this article.
Warning: Subliminal messaging is EXTREMELY POWERFUL. Do not take this article lightly.
What is a subliminal
A subliminal is a hidden, subconscious message that is only perceived by your subconscious mind but is unperceivable for your conscious mind. (Basically, you won’t hear it but your brain will still pick it up.)
There are 2 types of subliminals
- Visual: This type of subliminal really isn’t effective, and there is no point in covering this type. This type of subliminal uses an image that flashes so quickly you won’t consciously register it, but your subconscious mind will.
- Audio: Now this one, this one is where the gold is at. This type of subliminal uses a 17.5 kilohertz frequency to deliver the affirmations right into your subconscious while avoiding your conscious. This is PERFECT for completely rewiring your subconscious mind (thus, your entire mind). as i mentioned in my previous article, This is singlehandedly the most powerful way of reprogramming your entire mind.
Does subliminal messaging work?
YES! And it couldn’t be more underrated. You are basically telling your subconscious mind to do something 24/7. Now, here is the shocking part, your subconscious controls almost everything in your body including:
- Your heart rate
- Your thinking
- Your muscles
- Your nervous system
- Your hormone production
- Your gut
- Your digestion
- Basically everything
So even if you, for example, play a subliminal for 18 hours a day (including when you sleep, that’s actually the best time to play subliminals) your subconscious mind won’t get overwhelmed and will listen and accept the affirmations.
How does subliminal messaging work?
Subliminal messaging works in a way that allows your subconscious mind to grasp what the audio is saying, but it does not allow the conscious mind to grasp what it is saying. That works, because The spoken affirmations are converted into 17.5khz frequency so that way your subconscious can hear them but your conscious cannot.
Can you see how powerful that is? An affirmation, or a set of affirmations, repeated constantly for your subconscious mind without you consciously hearing it or doing anything.
Now, this is perfect because the way your subconscious mind is programmed is through brute force and repetition, and subliminal messaging is perfect for that.
What can you use subliminal messaging for?
Your imagination is the only limit on this one. Here is just a few things you can use subliminal messaging for:
- Identity shifting
- Physical change: for example: better hair, better face structure, prettier lips, a slimmer belly, and yes, there is even a subliminal for a bigger dick.
- Healing your trauma
- Eliminating fear
- Eliminating limiting beliefs
- Curing depression
- Healing low self-esteem
- Manifesting
- Becoming rich: (don’t get fooled by this one you still need to put in serious work, subliminals are just a supplement to becoming rich)
- Whatever you’re thinking about right now
Is this too good to be true? Well, try it for yourself. It’s free and i have nothing to sell you.
The dangers of subliminal messaging
Now, we obviously can’t talk about subliminals without discussing the dangers of them. But don’t get scared of, the dangers are quite easy to mitigate.
So what are the dangers?
- Unwanted affirmations in a subliminal audio from shady creators
That’s literally it. And the best part is, you can completely mitigate this danger.
How to completely mitigate the dangers of subliminal messaging:
- Use only trusted and proven subliminal creators
- Or you can make your own subliminal
How, you may ask? Well, I’m glad you did because that’s exactly what I’m gonna cover in the next section.
How to create your own subliminal
The subliminal creation has 6 parts, some of which are optional but recommended. They are as follows:
- Creating your affirmations
- Converting your affirmations into audio
- Importing your affirmations into audacity
- Layering your affirmations (optional)
- Speeding up your affirmations (optional)
- Converting your affirmations Into a subliminal
1. Creating your affirmations
There are a few methods for creating your affirmations.
You can make your own affirmations using your own head.
You can tell ChatGPT (or any other AI) to make them for you.
And, this one is my favorite, you can find a subliminal on YouTube for a topic that you want and then copy the affirmations in the description of the subliminal into your own subliminal.
Now, you can obviously combine these methods or even use other ones I didn’t mention, but these I think are going to be more than enough.
Now, before we move on, I want to give you some effective and unique affirmation examples.
- I am productive
- I see myself as a productive person
- I love myself
- My subconscious mind ensures I hit all my goals
- I acknowledge that fear is an illusion and does not exist
- It is impossible for me to feel depression.
- This affirmation magnifies the impact of this subliminal by a hundred times
- I wake up exactly at the time I intend to
- I release the habit of smoking
- I am no longer a smoker
Your imagination is the only limit here. And the funny thing is, you can create a subliminal for having better imagination.
And yes, you can create a mutli-topic subliminal. In fact i have over 8 unique topics in my personal subliminal ranging from fear removal to financial success.
2. Converting your affirmations into audio
Now, that you have your affirmations, you need to convert them into audio.
You can do that in the following 2 ways
- Use a text to speech program: I like to use a free and open source (FOSS) program called speech note, but unfortunately that one is only available for Linux, so for windows you can use balabolka or any other text to speech program you like.
- Record the affirmations yourself: Pretty self-explanatory. Either record the affirmations with your own voice directly in audacity (which is the number 1 free program for creating subliminals that we’re also going to be using). Or record them on your phone and then transfer the audio file onto your computer.
If you ask me, I prefer to use a text to speech program, but you can use whichever method you like the most.
3. Importing your affirmations into audacity
Now, that you have your affirmations in an audio form, download a free program called audacity and import your audio file by clicking on File —> Import —> Audio.
4. Layering your affirmations (optional)
Now, to layer your affirmations you are going to need 2 or more audio files so if you already imported your file then don’t worry, you can still add more.
So, there are a few ways you can approach affirmation layering. But before I tell you how to layer, I need to make a disclaimer.
Disclaimer: You cannot layer affirmations using only your voice. You need to use a text to speech program to do that, the reason for that is, we require multiple voices to say the affirmations otherwise it would just be inaudible because the voice would simply get mixed up.
- Layer the individual affirmations: You can do this by just going into your text to speech program, importing an affirmation in voice no.1 and doing the same again but with voice no. 2. You can also do this if you have a 1 affirmation subliminal, just make sure the affirmations are spoken in slightly different speed in addition to a different voice.
- Cut the subliminal into layers: This is basically the same as number 1 but instead of 1 affirmation you use a tenth of a subliminal. Let me explain. So let’s say your subliminal has 20 affirmations. So what you do is you cut up the subliminal into 4 pieces (5 affirmations each) and use a unique voice for each piece.
- Layer the subliminal itself: If your subliminal is under 20 affirmations, you can basically export multiple versions of the same subliminal, but using different voices for each new “version” of the subliminal.
Now that you have multiple files, (layers) you just import all of them into audacity using the same way as I have shown above.
5. Speeding up your affirmations (optional)
Now that all of your affirmations and layers are imported into audacity, you want to speed things up. You do this by pressing Ctrl + A and then going into —> Effect —> Pitch and Tempo —> Change Tempo.
Now, after clicking on Change tempo, There will be a pop-up window and in there, you can choose how much you want to speed up your subliminal (100% = 2x. 200% = 3x. Etc.) Now, I recommend you never go more than 1000% because the audio will just get distorted.
Also, MAKE SURE YOU USE HIGH QUALITY STRETCHING.
You can test if your audio is distorted by using the Change Tempo button again and slowing down your audio to its normal length.
6. Converting the affirmations into a subliminal
Good work, you have everything ready to go for exporting your subliminal.
First, you need to export your subliminal by clicking on File —> Export audio (or you can just press Shift + Ctrl + E)
Make sure to export your subliminal as a .WAV file
Good job, you have successfully created your subliminal.
Except you didn’t… yet, because when you play your subliminal, it probably just sounds like some distorted audio.
Don’t worry, it’s supposed to be like this.
Now, there is one last step you need to do.
You need to import your (exported) audio into audacity again, the same way as you did in step 3.
Next, you need to download a file called a Subliminal.NY File, which you can do here. (or you can just search subliminal.NY in your search engine)
Now you need to go into audacity again and press Ctrl + A. Then you need to go into Tools —> Nyquist Prompt
After clicking on Nyquist Prompt, a pop-up window pops up and asks you to load a file.
Click on Load and then select your Subliminal.NY file that you downloaded earlier.
After selecting your file, click on Apply
After clicking apply, the following window pops up.
Make sure the value says exactly, 17500 and then just click apply.
Congratulations. You have successfully created your subliminal, now all you need to do is export the subliminal, import it onto your phone and wait for the magic to happen.
How long will it take for a subliminal to work
It usually takes around 1–3 months for the subliminal to FULLY take its effect, but sometimes it can be up to 6 months if your subliminal is longer or has lots of affirmations.
instructions
The instructions for listening to a subliminal are really simple
- Listen at 35 % — 43% volume
- Listen every night for at least 8 hours, don’t worry, you can’t hear it. It won’t do anything to your sleep. (OPTIONAL: you can also listen throughout the day, but never listen more than 18 hours per 24-hour period)
- Make sure your phone is no more than 13 feet (ca. 4 m) away from you.
- Make sure your phone is in airplane mode while you sleep (Emfs emitted from your phone have been proven in HUNDREDS of scientific studies to decrease sleep quality)
That’s it. You can now enjoy your subliminal.
Don’t worry if you miss a day or 2. As a rule of thumb, for every 1 day missed, add another 1.5 day to your “Listening time” (although most of you, including me will just listen without counting the days, so this doesn’t really matter.)
