3 Small Habits For Big Self-Esteem

Self-Esteem is crucial in life.

Not only is Self-Esteem responsible for your overall Well-Being, It is also responsible for things like: Trusting your own mind, Critical thinking, asserting yourself and a lot more

Simply put, without Self-Esteem, you would be an insecure sheep that has zero success in life and especially with women.

You need to actually respect and trust yourself if you want to be happy and successful.

So, here are 3 small habits for big self-esteem that you can do every day in order to maximize this crucial personality trait.

Self-Acceptance

Now, Self-Acceptance is absolutely crucial when it comes to Self-Esteem.

You just cannot respect yourself while not being accepting of yourself.

That’s why Self-Acceptance is so important.

So how do we make this skill into a habit.

Well, there are a few methods to do that.

Turning Self-Acceptance into a habit

You can turn Self-Acceptance into a habit in the following ways:

  1. Visualization: By far one of the most powerful habit for Self-Acceptance, is visualization. You can find many Self-Acceptance visualization videos on YouTube, but I recommend this one since it’s the best at what it does.

  2. Affirmations: This one is obviously going in here. After just a few weeks, you will be able to tell the difference in your level of Self-Acceptance after practicing this for just 5 minutes a day. You can find affirmations for Self-Acceptance online, or you can create your own.

  3. Subliminals: Now, this one. This one is probably the most powerful of them all, Not only is it more powerful than affirmations, it’s also more powerful than visualization. After a few months of literally doing nothing except playing the subliminal before sleep, you will see a tremendous difference. Meditation

This habit is the definition of a small habit for big self-esteem.

Just the fact that Mindfulness is 1 of the 6 pillars of Self-Esteem should be convincing enough.

Once you develop Mindfulness. You will also be able to see your negative thinking and Self-Harming thoughts, which directly correlates to your level of Self-Acceptance.

The skill of mindfulness can be developed through Meditation.

Meditation alone is responsible for hundreds (if not thousands) of benefits to your brain and body combined.

Everyone should meditate, including you.

You can start a meditation practice, either, by downloading a Meditation app like Medito. Or you can follow a guided Meditation session on YouTube.

Take Responsibility

Another pillar of Self-Esteem.

If you don’t take responsibility for everything in your life, you will feel like a victim, thus your Self-Esteem will be low.

On the other hand, if you take responsibility, you will feel powerful and in control. And that is the thing that raises your Self-Esteem.

Being able to handle being in control.

No wonder your Self-Esteem is low if you can’t even take responsibility for things in your life.

BUT. Lucky for you. You can fix it.

Eliminating the Victim Mentality

So, how do you actually take responsibility and eliminate your victim mentality?

You take a rubber band and every time you catch yourself complaining, blaming, or criticizing. You take the rubber band and slap your wrist with it.

This will help shed light on your victim mentality and Ultimately. Fix it.

This is the simplest, yet the hardest habit of them all that you can practice.
